Setting up GoFish to operate in free-standing mode (Mac OS X v. 10.1 or newer)

1. Download the file GoFish.jar, and save it to some convenient location in your hard drive.
2. To launch GoFish, just double-click the GoFish.jar icon. For the time being, GoFish.jar's icon in OS X is the generic Java icon (a cup of coffee) with the word "JAR" along the bottom.
